Introduction

It became evident that there exists a considerable monopoly within the WHMCS themes and add-ons marketplace.
We observed that numerous WHMCS users are encountering challenges when seeking an appropriate theme that aligns with their brand identity.
In response to this pressing need, we embarked on the development journey of ShufyTheme.
ShufyTheme stands out as one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly WHMCS themes available on the market today. Our aim with ShufyTheme is to provide WHMCS users with a seamless and visually appealing solution that not only meets but exceeds their expectations. By incorporating cutting-edge design elements and robust functionality, ShufyTheme aims to revolutionize the WHMCS user experience, empowering businesses to showcase their brands effectively and effortlessly.

Installation

This guide will lead you step-by-step through the process of installing Shufytheme on your server. We'll provide detailed instructions to ensure a smooth installation experience from start to finish.

Updating ShufyTheme

In this guide, you will learn how to effectively update ShufyTheme. We will provide a step-by-step walkthrough of the entire update process.

1. Download the latest vesion

• Log into your Envato Market account.
• Hover the mouse over your username at the top of the screen.
• Click ‘Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.
• Click 'Download' next to "ShufyTheme" icon to download the latest version of the theme.

2. Upload ShufyTheme update files to your server

1. Ensure that you save a backup from your theme, which you would like to update.
2. Use the right folder to update ShufyTheme from the downloaded package from ThemeForest, ex: you are using 8.9 and you want to update to 8.10.1, you just need to use the content of update from 8.9 to 8.10.1 folder

3. Updating ShufyTheme Control Panel by coodiv

1. Ensure that you save a backup from your settings, Read how to export and import options
2. Upload the new ShufyTheme to modules\addons path

4. Clear Cache

1. Clear your browser and server cache for example Cloudflare
2. Clear the WHMCS template cache in: Utilities > System > System Cleanup > “Go” > “Empty Template Cache”.

Upgrading the ShufyTheme Addon to the Latest Version

In this guide, you will learn how to upgrade the ShufyTheme addon to the latest version without losing any of your saved settings. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the entire update process safely and easily.

1. Download the Latest Version from ThemeForest

• Log in to your Envato Market account.
• Hover over your username at the top of the page.
• Select Downloads from the drop-down menu.
• Click Download next to the ShufyTheme item to get the latest version.

2. Upload the ShufyTheme Addon Files to Your Server

1. Create a backup of your current addon files located at modules/addons/shufyTheme.
2. Extract the downloaded package from ThemeForest.
3. Inside the extracted folder, navigate to the ShufyTheme Control Panel directory.
4. Upload modules/addons/shufyTheme.zip to your server at modules/addons, replacing the existing addon files.
5. Do not worry about your saved settings. All settings are stored in your database and will remain unchanged after the update.

3. Launching the Automatic Update Process from the ShufyTheme Control Panel

1. After uploading the new Control Panel files to your server, log in to your WHMCS admin panel and navigate toAddons > Coodiv Themes Control Panel (ShufyTheme).
2. If your ShufyTheme Control Panel requires an update, you will see this message displayed on the addon homepage.
   
3. Click the Update Now button in this message. You will then be redirected to the upgrade page, as shown in the following screenshot.
   
4. On the upgrade page, if your current version is different from the latest installed version, an Update Now button will appear at the bottom of the page. Click this button to start the upgrade process.
   
5. After clicking the Update button, do not close the page. You will be redirected to a loading screen while the update process runs in the background. This usually takes only a few seconds.
   
6. If the upgrade process completes successfully, you will be redirected back to the upgrade page again, where a success message will be displayed.
   

4. Restore Your Custom CSS and Color Settings

1. After completing the update, your custom CSS and color settings may not immediately appear on the front-end.
2. To restore your custom CSS, go to ShufyTheme General Settings and click Save Settings without making any changes. This will restore all your custom CSS.
3. To restore your custom colors, go to ShufyTheme Styles & Colors Settings and click Save Settings without making any changes. This will restore all your custom color settings.

6. Troubleshooting Upgrade Errors

If you encounter an error during the upgrade process, follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Check your internet connection: Ensure your connection is stable, as interruptions can cause upgrade failures.
2. Clear browser cache: Sometimes cached files can prevent the update from displaying correctly. Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
3. Clear WHMCS cache: Clear the WHMCS template cache in: Utilities > System > System Cleanup > “Go” > “Empty Template Cache”.
4. Verify file permissions: Make sure the modules/addons/shufyTheme folder on your server is writable. Permissions should usually be 755 for folders and 644 for files.
5. Check your server requirements: Ensure your server meets WHMCS and ShufyTheme minimum requirements (PHP version, extensions, etc.).
6. Restore backup if needed: If the update fails, restore your addon files from the backup you created earlier at modules/addons/shufyTheme.
7. Contact Support: If the problem persists, reach out to the support team with details about the error and any screenshots.

ShufyTheme Extension Manager

Starting from version 1.1.0, we added an Extension Manager to the ShufyTheme Control Panel. This manager allows you to easily install and manage extensions that enhance your WHMCS administration and improve your clients’ experience on your website. Some extensions are free, while others are paid, and we will continue to add new extensions regularly.

Preview Your Extensions

• On the ShufyTheme Control Panel homepage, you will see the following message:
  
• Click on Manage Extensions to be redirected to the ShufyTheme Extension Manager. Here you will see ready-to-use addons:
  If you already have addons in your ShufyTheme Extension Manager, you can install, delete, or manage them directly from this page.
  

ShufyTheme Email Template

The ShufyTheme Email Template is a fully responsive and mobile-friendly email solution designed to enhance your WHMCS communication. It comes with built-in RTL support, multiple color schemes, and an intuitive dashboard that allows you to customize templates without any coding knowledge. Whether you’re sending invoices, notifications, or marketing emails, these templates ensure a consistent and professional look for your brand.

1- How to Install the ShufyTheme Email Template

1. Download the ShufyTheme Email Template addon from Codecanyon and get your purchase code, we will need that to activate the email template addon
2. Extract the downloaded package and locate a file named upload.zip.
   
3. Upload upload.zip file to your server at modules/addons/shufyTheme.
4. There extract upload.zip file, make sure that the path are modules/addons/shufyTheme/extentions/shufytheme-email-template
5. Now, Log in to your WHMCS admin panel.
6. Navigate to Addons > ShufyTheme Control Panel and go to the Extension Manager.
   
7. Locate the ShufyTheme Email Template addon and click on Activate the Extension
8. Entre your Purchase Code then click Verify Purchase. Read this article if you're unsure how to get the Purchase Code.
9. Once activated, you can access the Email Template dashboard to customize your templates without any coding.
   

2. Configuring Your ShufyTheme Email Template to Match Your Brand

After installing the ShufyTheme Email Template, you can fully customize it to reflect your brand’s identity. Use the template dashboard to adjust colors, text, social account links, logos, and layout settings so that every email you send to your clients matches your website’s style. This ensures a consistent and professional appearance across all your communications.

1. Add Your Logo to the ShufyTheme Email Template

• In the General Settings of the ShufyTheme Email Template, you will find two logo fields, as shown in the screenshot below: one for the default (light mode) and one for dark mode screens.
  
• Once added, your logo will automatically appear in the email template as shown in the following screenshot.
  

2. Configure Social Links in Your Email Template

To connect your email template with your social media profiles, follow these steps:

• Go to the Social Links section in the ShufyTheme Email Template dashboard.
• Add the URLs for your social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and your company Whatsapp number.
  
• Enable or disable the icons you want to show in your emails. Only the enabled icons will appear in the footer of your email templates, to disable any social icon just leave the field empty
• After adding your links, click Save Settings to apply the changes.
  

3. Configure the Footer Section

You can fully customize the footer of your ShufyTheme Email Template to provide important information and links for your clients.

• Go to the Footer Settings section in the ShufyTheme Email Template dashboard.
  
• Copyright Text: Add your company’s copyright information. For example: © 2026 Coodiv team. All rights reserved.
  If you want to disable this section, simply leave the field empty.
• Email template footer text: Add any extra information you want to display in the footer, such as disclaimers or contact notes.
  Leave the field empty to disable this section.
• Footer Links: You can add up to 4 important links, such as:
  • About Us
  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Contact
  Enter the link text and URL in the dashboard, and these will appear in the footer of your emails.
  To hide any link, leave the text field empty.
• Click Save Settings to apply all changes, then send a test email to make sure the footer looks correct on both desktop and mobile devices.

4. Choose Your Email Template Theme

The ShufyTheme Email Template comes with 7 ready-to-use styles, each offering a unique layout and design for your emails. For each style, you can choose from 4 different color schemes to match your brand identity perfectly.

• Go to the Theme Settings section in the ShufyTheme Email Template dashboard.
• Select one of the 7 available styles. Each style has a different layout, header, and content design.
  
• After choosing a style, select a color scheme from the 4 options available for that style. This will automatically update the template colors for headings, buttons, links, and backgrounds.
• Preview your email using the Live Preview option to ensure the selected style and colors look perfect.
• Click Save Settings to apply the style and color scheme to all your outgoing emails.

5. Troubleshooting & Support

If you encounter any issues while installing, configuring, or using the ShufyTheme Email Template, follow the steps below to resolve common problems:

• Email Template Not Appearing: Make sure the addon is installed in modules/addons/shufyTheme/extensions and activated via the Extension Manager. Also, ensure your ShufyTheme Control Panel is at least version 1.1.0.
• Settings Not Saving: Check file permissions for your WHMCS installation. The server must allow write access to the modules/addons/shufyTheme folder.
• Emails Not Showing Correctly: Test your emails on multiple devices and email clients. Make sure your images and logos are uploaded correctly and that your selected theme and color scheme are applied.
• Purchase Code Activation Error: Ensure you entered the correct purchase code from Codecanyon. Double-check for extra spaces or missing characters.
• General Issues: Clear your browser cache and reload the dashboard. Sometimes cached files can prevent settings from updating.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you can contact our support team for assistance:

• Include details such as your WHMCS version, ShufyTheme Control Panel version, screenshots of the issue, and your purchase code.

Configure your theme

We've elevated the WHMCS option panel with the ShufyTheme Control Panel, making theme configuration easier than ever before. With our intuitive control panel, you can effortlessly customize various aspects of your theme. From editing colors, layouts, menus, footer and sidebar layouts, login and register layouts, to SEO management and typography control, ShufyTheme offers an extensive array of customization options to suit your needs.

1. Logo & Site Identity

You can use the default Shufytheme logo, add your custom logo link, or even if you don't have a logo, you can still use the text logo option.

1. Use Site Name as Logo (text) Check this option if you want to display your website name as a logo
2. Custom text logo Fill in this input to Use Site Name as Logo and use custom text instead of your original website name.
3. Your default logo icon URL Add your icon URL and most be a 1:1 aspect ratio
4. Your default logo tagline add your logo URL and most be without icon
5. Your Full logo link URL add here your full logo URL

2. Genaral settings

You can use the default Shufytheme logo, add your custom logo link, or even if you don't have a logo, you can still use the text logo option.

2. Delete notification when close it You can hide all Customers notifications after close it for the first time
3. Slider mode in product page in these fields, you can configure the slider mode in the product page
4. Gravatar tick/enable this field to display Gravatar as profile picture for your customers.
5. Header anoncements tick/enable this field to display header anoncement slider
6. Header dropdowns You can choose if you want dropdowns to shows as a sidebar or a simple dropdown
7. Marketconnect Bannaers These fields are for displaying ShufyTheme MarketConnect banners
8. Login & register page styles You can choose from various login and register page styles
9. Cookies Box settings You can configure your cookies box position, contents and more
10. Language dropdown placements You can choose where you want to display your language dropdown

3. SEO Tools

ShufyTheme is equipped with built-in SEO enhancements. With each new version, we endeavor to enhance the SEO capabilities of our products, ensuring your website not only looks great but also performs well in search engine rankings.

1. Website Name A name that Google may use for your homepage search results. This will default to the WHMCS site title if left blank.
2. Website description An alternate website description for your site.
3. Organization Name Add your Organization Name to this filed.
4. Contact Type Select Which Contact Type you are using in your website.
5. Twitter username Add your twitter username with @.
6. Alternate Website Name An alternate name for your site. This could be an acronym or shorter version of your website name.
7. Website Type Select which department are your website belongs to
8. Organization Phone Number Add your Organization Phone Number to this filed.
9. Default open Graph Image ADD Default open Graph Image URL for facebook and twitter links
10. Website custom shortcut icon Add your custom shortcut icon and sould be 1:1 and .ico link

4. Custom CSS code

Empower your customization by effortlessly adding your custom CSS code via the ShufyTheme Control Panel, bypassing the necessity of editing any theme files.

Colors Manager

Revamp your theme customization experience with a selection of 4 pre-made styles and an extensive palette of over 160 color options for each style. Absolutely no coding expertise required!

1. 4 Color Schemes : Choose from 4 pre-made color schemes.

1. Color Schemes

You can select from 4 pre-made color schemes. Feel free to choose a pre-made scheme or customize one to establish your brand colors. You can activate your chosen scheme by following these steps:

1. Go to the Shufy Theme Styles & colors settings tab in Shufy Theme Control Panel.
2. Choose the Color Scheme, which you want to use, for example Purple Theme Schemes.
3. Click Save and apply the style at the bottom of the screen.

2. Color Variables

If the pre-made color schemes don't match your brand, you can begin editing the color schemes of every theme element using the Custom Theme Color Schemes section.

The Shufytheme Sidebar settings functionality grants you complete freedom to customize the header and sidebar behavior, including boxed width, expanding, fixed positions, hover effects, and more.

5. Homepage Saving banner & subscribing

In this section, you have the opportunity to personalize the Homepage Saving banner & subscribing section to align with your branding and messaging. You can add custom links and text to the banner, tailoring it to promote specific offers or highlight key messages. Additionally, you can integrate your Mailchimp information to enable visitors to subscribe to your mailing list directly from this section, facilitating seamless engagement and communication with your audience. Whether you're promoting discounts, announcing special offers, or encouraging newsletter sign-ups, these customization options empower you to create a compelling and interactive section that drives user engagement and conversion.

With the Shufytheme Menu manager, the process of creating or editing menus for your WHMCS no longer requires complex WHMCS hooks. • templates/orderforms/shyfytheme_cart/parts/domain-transfer-front.tpl: this file for the domain transfer page front elements

Add custom icons to Configurable options

Shufytheme 1.2.6 introduces a new and exclusive feature for configurable options, you can now assign your own icon to each radio option as the following screenshot.

To use this feature, you must update your theme to at least version 1.2.6, then follow these steps.

1. Start the Process
   Go to your website store and begin ordering the service that includes configurable options. When you're in the cart, contniue to the "Configure Product" page.
2. Find the Configurable Option ID
   
   1. Scroll down to the Configurable Options section.
   2. To find the option’s ID, right-click on the checkbox of the option you want to customize and choose Inspect (using your browser’s inspect tool).
      
   3. A panel will open with the code. Look for the label element that contains the checkbox.
      
   4. In that label, find the attribute for="...", the number inside is the option’s ID.
      
3. Add the Custom Icon with CSS
   
   1. Go to your WHMCS Admin Panel
   2. Navigate to: ShufyTheme Control Panel → General Settings → Custom CSS Code
   3. Add the following code (example):
      .logo__based__configoption.option-1-config:after {background: url(your__icon__link.png);}
   4. Replace option-1-config with the ID you found earlier (e.g., option-23-config).
   5. Replace your_icon_link.png with the full URL to your icon.
   6. Tip: Use an icon with a 1:1 aspect ratio and at least 30x30px in size for best results.
4. Repeat for Other Options
   Repeat these steps for every configurable option you want to add a custom icon to.

Add custom logo for payments methods

With Shufytheme, you can easily add payment method logos to your checkout page.

To use this feature, you must have your payment method logo in SVG format, then follow these steps.

1. Go to the Checkout Page
   Scroll down to the Payment Method section.
2. Find the Payment Method ID Name
   
   1. Right-click on the checkbox of the payment method you want to customize and select Inspect.
      
   2. In the code, look for a span element that contains the attribute data-gateway-icon-name="..."
      
   3. Copy the value inside that attribute, this is the payment Method ID Name.
3. Edit the SVG Logo
   
   1. Open your SVG logo file using any code editor (e.g., Notepad++ or VS Code).
   2. Important Make sure the file does not contain any inline styles. Inline styles can break your page layout.
   3. In the svg tag, add this class: class="checkout__payment__svg__icon"
      
4. Save the File
   
   1. Save the edited file using the Payment Method ID Name you copied, with a .tpl extension, For example: banktransfer.tpl
5. Upload the File
   
   1. Upload the .tpl file to the following path: templates/shufytheme/assets/gateways
6. Repeat
   
   1. Repeat these steps for each payment method you want to customize with a logo.

Enable the advanced email verification

By enabling the advanced email verification system in the Shufytheme admin panel, users will not be able to access your website until they successfully verify their email address.

To use this feature, follow the next steps

1. You must update your theme to at least version 1.2.6.
2. Upload verify-email.php file to your main WHMCS directory
3. Enabe the Email Verification from your general settings > Security tab
4. Enabe Shufytheme advanced Email Verification from ShufyTheme Control Panel > ShufyTheme Genaral settings > Activate the advanced email verification system

If you find some error installing the theme like Missing main.css, white page or something similar, please:

• make sure you are uploading the correct file WHMCS(X.X.X)/upload.zip.
• make sure that you unpack the zip file after uploading to your server
• make sure that you are using the right version for your WHMCS
• make sure that you activate the template from your WHMCS admin panel
• make sure that the files has the right permission

• Syntax errors in custom modules, hooks or templates.
• Incompatible hooks or addons.
• PHP, Apache or Ioncube related errors.
• Missing or corrupted files / incomplete uploads.
